Wicker's Wiki Wiki Scallops

Ingredients

  • ¾ pound Sea Scallops per serving
  • 1 bottle Wicker’s Original Marinade & Baste
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup oil
  • Kiwi, pineapple, peach or other fresh fruit

Directions

Thread scallops & fruit on skewer alternately

Brush with marinade, lemon juice & oil.

Broil or grill until scallops are done.
