Wicker’s Lemon Meatloaf

Meat Choices

  • 2 lb. skinless ground turkey or
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef or
  • 1 lb ground beef and 1 lb ground turkey

Mix Meat With:

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. Greek seasoning
  • 1 T. parsley

Topping

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup Wicker’s Seafood Sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  •  1/2 cup lemon juice

Directions

Microwave meat on High for 15 minutes; use a 9 inch deep pie dish or 8 x 8 inch dish.

After you mix the meat with the other meat requirements, pat into a microwave safe dish:

Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Poke 1-2 holes in wrap with a toothpick.

Cook in microwave for 15 minutes on High. 

Mix the topping ingredients together

Spread the topping generously on top of meat.

Use extra sauce at table.
