Slap Happy Chops

Ingredients

  • 4-8 pork chops
  • ½ bottle Wicker’s Original Marinade & Baste
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 1/3 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 3 potatoes, sliced
  • 6 medium mushrooms, diced
  • 1 onion, sliced

Directions

With fork, poke holes in pork chops. Put chops in an 8 x 13” casserole dish.

Add Wicker’s Marinade Baste and Italian dressing.

Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours. Add sliced onion & potatoes, diced mushrooms & bay leaves.

Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes.

Serve with favorite green vegetables.
