With fork, poke holes in pork chops. Put chops in an 8 x 13” casserole dish.
Add Wicker’s Marinade Baste and Italian dressing.
Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours. Add sliced onion & potatoes, diced mushrooms & bay leaves.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 1 hour & 15 minutes.
Serve with favorite green vegetables.
