Wicker’s Fried Chicken Regular and Low-Carb Version

Ingredients

6 Chicken Drumsticks

1 cup Milk

½ cup Wicker’s Marinade

1 ½ cup Flour

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Wicker’s Dry Rub

1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

1) Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees

2) Mix Milk and Wicker’s in a bowl

3) Mix all dry ingredients in a ziptop bag.

4) Dip chicken in the dry ingredient bag, dip in the milk mixture, dip again in the dry ingredient bag. Chicken should be completely coated.

5) Deep fry chicken for 10-12 minutes. Breading should be golden brown and juices should run clear.

Low Carb Version (Pictured Right)

3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Tablespoon Salt

1 Tablespoon Wicker’s Dry Rub

1 Teaspoon Chili Powder

1 Tablespoon Italian Seasoning

Instructions

1) Preheat deep fryer to 375 degrees

2) Mix Milk and Wicker’s in a bowl

3) Mix all dry ingredients in a ziptop bag.
