Wicker’s Auld Lang Swine

You will need:

2 cups Wicker’s (any flavor)

1/2 cup Apple Juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 medium sized pork roast

1) Trim and place pork roast in a slow cooker

2) add Wicker’s, apple juice, and cumin

3) add water to submerge most of the pork roast

4) at about midnight, turn slow cooker on “Low”

5)When you wake up in a groggy haze (7+ hours from when you put it in), remove pork roast and let rest for 15 minutes

6) Shred and serve with eggs for breakfast or on a bun with sauce for lunch
