Wicker’s Spooky Stuffed Peppers

Prep time: 20 minutes (more if you are picky about the faces)

Cook time: 1 hour

1 pound ground beef

6 Bell Peppers (orange for pumpkins, green for zombies, red for demons)

1 egg

1 small tomato, diced

3/4 cup Wicker’s Original

2 clove of garlic, minced (to ward off vampires)

3 slices of wheat bread, diced

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2) Mix beef, egg, tomato, Wicker’s, garlic, and bread in a large bowl

3) Wash Peppers. Core and remove seeds. Cut Jack-o-Lantern faces into side of the peppers. Stuff peppers with the beef filling made in step 2. Place in a baking dish.

4) Bake in oven for 1 hour or until beef filling is cooked all the way through. Cool and serve.
